8-week speed and strength camps
Our Speed and Strength camps are designed to introduce and progress teen athletes through speed development techniques, plyometrics, compound barbell movements like cleans, deadlifts, front squats, and to increase multi-direction speed and movement skills.
There are 2 camps, one for incoming Freshmen and Sophomores, and one for incoming Juniors and Seniors. Both Camps are the same in concept and nature, with moderate adjustments to the workouts.
Camps are Tuesday, and Thursday at 10 am, July 9th - August 29th.
Price: Either, 2 installments of $199, one at the time of registration and one after the first 4 weeks, or, you can register and pay in full for $398.
*After you click the registration link you’ll need to ‘Create Profile’, then you’ll be able to complete your purchase. **After your purchase you will be emailed a pdf of our Registration Packet. Please either email us back a filled-out and ‘signed’ copy, or bring us the completed packet on the first day of camp.
